It’s getting colder and our BARLEY + Oats porridge ranges are filling the pantries again! Would you like to have some variety in your daily porridge meal and add some sweetness to it? Here are a few our our favourites…
1. Drizzle with honey and add some stewed apple
2. Add maple syrup
3. Sprinkle cinnamon powder and add some banana
4. Spoon some golden syrup
5. Sprinkle some brown sugar and add some sultanas
6. Sprinkle some raw sugar and nutmeg powder

I like to stir in half a cup of mashed pumpkin and nutmeg, to boost my veg intake for the day!

I add prunes and pie apricots to mine. I zap the fruit with a little water and find I don’t need any sugar then.
