“I’ve found that cutting out on sugar from foods has helped me lose weight and keep it off. Regular exercise twice a week has also helped me achieve this. What I’m really looking for now is a breakfast that is tasty, healthy and keeps me fuller for longer. A bonus would be for me to also be able to improve my intake of fiber and protein through a good breakfast.”
