Please welcome Mark to the challenge, here is what motivated him to participate:

“At 50 years of age, working in the gold mining industry and traveling to remote locations as part of the work can really bring a toll to one’s fitness and dieting habits. I used to be able to take pride in my health for my age, but my recent years have seen the weight creep in and stay on. While I run 4kms every day, I’ve found it difficult to get rid of the weight and would like to get fitter, bring my blood pressure down and get my life back together. For these reasons, I think the 100-day Challenge, professional advice and Superfoods could be the key to a new me!”
