It’s a pleasure to welcome Ebony to the Goodness Superfoods 100 people in 100 days challenge. Read on to find out what her motivation was for getting involved:

“After a busy run with my Masters program, I gained about 8 kilos from giving up my previous exercise schedule. My full-time job commitment also meant I had less time to afford towards my health. It’s a new year and I’ve picked up a new job, so I’m trying to get my exercise habit and develop a better diet as well. With recommendations from a health program at work, I’m on a high fibre, low fat diet. I’ve been shocked at how little fibre I consume, despite having what I thought was a healthy diet. A friend recommended BarleyMAX and when I saw the challenge, I knew I had nothing to lose – apart from excess kilos!”
