For this delicious winter warmer recipe you will need:

• ½ cup of Goodness Superfoods Traditional Barley + Oats 1st

• ¾ cup of low fat milk

• ¾ cup of water

• ½ tsp cinnamon

• pinch of salt

• Fruit: 1 ripe banana or 5 strawberries or handful of blueberries, raspberries, etc.

Method:

1. Place all ingredient in a large microwavable bowl on high for 8 mins

2. Once cooked remove from the microwave and add:

•  ½ tsp honey • 1 heaped tsp of flax seeds
