  • 25g butter
  • 50g crushed walnuts
  • 100g raisins
  • 50g pitted dates
  • ¼ cup coconut
  • ¼ plain flour
  • Table spoon olive oil
  • 2 x heaped table spoon yummy local honey
  • Box of traditional barley and oats (500g)

Method:Goodness Superfoods Flapjack Recipes

Heat up honey and butter in saucepan the add all other ingredients with Barley + Oats last.

Mix up well and lay into slice trays…bake for 15 mins on medium
