For this liquid breakfast or on the go snack you will need:

  • 30 grapes
  • 15 blueberries
  • 9 strawberries
  • Half an apple
  • 8 blackberries
  • 8 cranberries
  • 5 cherries

Method:

Put all ingredients in a blender with a little cold water or ice cubes. Blend and serve or take away in a thermos or similar for a nutritious on the go snack!
