For this easy to make recipe you need:

  • 1 egg
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 cup of low fat plain yoghurt
  • 1 cup of self raising flour
  • 1/2 cup  Goodness Superfoods Protein 1st or Barley+ Oats 1st
  • 1- 2 cups of blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C
  2. Mix the egg, sugar and yoghurt together
  3. Gently mix in the flour and Protein 1st or Barley + Oats 1st
  4. Mix until you have a smooth dough and then add the blueberries
  5. Bake in the oven for 15- 20 mins
