Today I’d like you to meet Kim. She is one of the participants in our 100 People in 100 Days Challenge and I am sure many of you can relate to her story:
“I gained 22 kilos after having my two children and have been trying very hard to lose the weight.
Every time I start a program, I lose a few kilos and then lose the energy to keep up with the weight loss.
