Today, I’d like you to meet Elaine. She is one of the participants of the Goodness Superfoods 100 People in 100 Days Challenge and this is why she decided to enter:

“After a nasty accident three years ago, I’ve had a little trouble with my right shoulder and can no longer be as active as I used to be.

While I still walk every day and try to keep active at 67, I’m still looking for ways to keep my cholesterol levels down. I know part of keeping healthy lies with a good diet – and I’m hoping the Goodness Superfoods products can help me with my goal.

After eating Goodness Superfoods now for a couple of weeks, I can honestly say I am feeling quite invigorated.  While I don’t have a favorite Goodness Superfoods product, I feel fantastic. I don’t feel at all hungry until well after 1pm and I have breakfast between 6am and 6:30am.

I even had some Quick Oats for tea one night and  it was really filling and tasty.”
