Today I’d like you to meet Kevin. He is taking part in our Goodness Superfoods 100 People in 100 Days Challenge to manage his cholesterol levels:

My cholesterol is 7.1 at the moment and needs to come down drastically. I’m  happy to be part of this challenge if it makes me more healthy and keeps me healthy!

I’m quite an active person and didn’t think there was anything wrong until a blood test reveals more about oneself. I eat a healthy diet with the occasional chips and donuts. I guess the bad food habits have caught up with me now hence the high cholesterol levels.

So am taking all cholesterol lowering foods:

  • Goodness Superfoods cereal
  • Milk
  • Cheese and butter
