I am working full time and a mother of three. I believe I suffer from mild IBS and I don’t have much time for exercise. My regular diet is definitely lacking fibre, calcium and green vegetables. I am also suffering from HypoThyroid and am taking medication for that.

My personal objectives for this challenge are:  1. Find more energy to roam around with my three soon to be teenage kids,  2. Regulate my bowel movements and 3. to manage my weight
