Hi everyone!

My name is Arnold and I am the Founder and Managing Director of Goodness Superfoods.

In my first post on our blog  I’d like to give you a little glimpse behind the scenes at Goodness Superfoods and let  you know how it all began.

We are a family business operating out of Dandenong South in Victoria.

We started off as a packaging facility for other cereal manufacturers.

A few years back we were given the unique opportunity to work with BARLEYmax- THE super grain developed by CSIRO.

I jumped at the opportunity and launched our own cereal brand: Goodness Superfoods was born!

In the last 12-months we’ve brought Protein 1st, Digestive 1st, Heart 1st to supermarket shelves and just recently introduced Porridge.

We are building a great team of committed people here at Goodness and we’re very passionate about our products because they are healthy and nutritious and importantly they are backed by science!

But the proof is in the pudding (or in the cereal) and that is why we have launched the Goodness Superfoods 100 People in 100 Days Challenge.

This challenge is about helping people change their lives and we are proud to make that first step towards a healthier life with them.

Armed with boxes of BARLEYmax products and good advice from our dietician Kara each participant is now working on achieving their personal goals whether it be managing weight loss, diabetes and IBS or just to have more energy for everyday living.

Please have a look on our blog and read about the interesting and brave stories of people who have entered the challenge and committed to changing their lives.

I have been delighted by the overwhelming response we had to the challenge, I wish all participants the best and am confident that for many this is a new chapter in their lives.

Here at Goodness Superfoods we’re about to embark on our own version of the 100 day challenge with our employees and i’ll be back to you with how that progresses soon.

In the meantime if we can encourage as many people as possible to eat positively then we’ll be very happy.

I’d love to hear any suggestions or feedback you may have.

Speak soon,

Arnold
